The Fire Sprinkler Incentive Act HR1824
This is a hugh tax incentive for all properties. Essentially it reduces the depreciation time from 39 or 27.5 years down to 5 years for all property protected with a new fire sprinkler system.
(NURSING FACILITIES)
Nursing Facility Fire Safty Act HR4967
This Bill provides funding through Medicaid and Medicare. The purpose of this bill is to guarantee that all nursing homes will be protected with a fire sprinkler system within 5 years.
(COLLEGE STUDENT HOUSING AND DORMITORIES)
College Fire Prevention Act HR1613
This Bill throught the department of education would promote the installation of fire sprinkler systems and provide equal funding of a 100 million dollars a year for 5 years nationwide.
