We believe in saving our clients money. We look at each project from every angle to come up with an efficient and accurate design using the latest fire protection codes and technology.

Submittal Drawings for review and approval
Drawings and Hydraulic calculations for submittal and approval with local authority and insurance company.

Shop Drawings for Fabrication
Complete shop drawings cut for fabrication and installation.

Field Surveys
We field survey existing and new projects (when possible) to make sure the job fits.

Hydraulic Calculations
We use HASS(tm) to accurately calculate pipe diameters based on project water supply.

Flow Testing
We can conduct water flow test at the project site when required.

Nicet III and IV seals
We have Nicet level III and IV Designers on staff.

Design Coordination
We fully coordinate our sprinkler design with other trades including: Hvac, Plumbing and Electrical.

Job meeting representation
We can attend project meetings as required to discuss and coordinate our design with other trades.

Special hazards design
We have extensive experience in most types of special hazards, including high piles storage, plastics, foam and deluge systems, pre-action systems, EFSR systems and in rack sprinklers.

PE Seals
When neccesary we can have drawing sealed by a Professional Engineer.

Bid documents
We can create a full set of bid documents including specs and drawings to meet your needs.

Retro-Fit analysis
No existing building plans, no problem. Our designers are capable of producing accurate as built Drawings. In addition, we are experienced in resolving difficult piping problems common in retrofit projects.

Autocad Design
We use the latest versions of Autocad to ensure accurate drawings.
